Compressor suctions the low temperature and low pressure of refrigerant vapor from the evaporator after abosorbing the heat in the cold storage room, then compresses it into high temperature and high pressure gas, and discharges the hot gas to the cold room condenser.

For small cold stores like walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, usually Hermetic Compressor is used, for medium and large cold storage rooms Semi-Hermetic Compressor is used, and for large refrigerated warehouses Screw Parallel Compressor is used. Cold Storage Condenser is the Outdoor Unit of a cold storage room or refrigerated warehouse. The condenser unit can be both air cooled condensing unit or water cooled condensing unit.

The condenser is a heat exchange equipment. Its function is to take away the heat of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapour pumped from the compressor by using the environmental cooling medium (air or water), so that the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor is cooled and condensed into liquid status high-pressure and normal temperature refrigerant.

The high pressure and normal temperature refrigerant liquid from the condenser after giving off heat can not be directly sent to the low-temperature evaporator. Before sending to the evaporator, the high pressure of refrigerant liquid shall be reduced. The Expansion Valve plays this roll, and change the high pressure and normal temperature refrigerant liquid into low pressure and low temperature refrigerant liquid to be ready for the evaporator.

Cold Storage Evaporator is the Indoor Unit of a cold storage room or refrigerated warehouse. The evaporator units use use a vapour compression refrigeration cycle.

The Evaporator is also a heat exchange equipment. After receving the low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid from the expansion valve, the evaporator absorbs the heat in the cold storage room while evaprating the low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid into low temperature and low pressure refrigerant vapour. Thus the cold storage room temperature drops down.

• The air cooler coil adopts staggered arrangement and uses mechanical tube expansion to closely combine the copper tube with the aluminum sheet, with good heat exchange effect;
• High quality stainless steel electric heating tubes are evenly distributed in the evaporator coil. Good defrosting effect; The defrosting of electric heating tube adopts electric heating aluminum sleeve close to the fin hole, which is easy to dissipate heat and has long service life;
• The design width of the cooling fan is reasonable, and the spacing between the fan blade and the aluminum fin is greater than 1/3 of the fan blade diameter to ensure sufficient effective air volume blowed from the air cooler unit;

According to the storage temperature, cold room evaporator can be divided into DL, DD and DJ series, which can be respectively applied to different storage temperatures. DL type evaporators (air cooler) is mainly suitable for 0 ℃ walk-in coolers & chillers; DD type air coolers are mainly suitable for refrigerated warehouses around - 18 ℃; DJ type air coolers are mainly suitable for quick-frozen warehouses below - 25 ℃.
