The door latch is with an external lock with keys. A from-Inside-opening Emergency Door Release which is viewable in darkness is equipped so that the door can be opened from inside in case a person is trapped in the cold room.

Our cold storage door can not only be opened and closed smoothly, but also equipped with door magnetic gasket for perfect tight sealing. The cold room doors are equipped with Automatic Door Closers. The cold storage door threshold will be required if the cold room floor is not at the same height level with the external ground, the door sill will make it more convenient to move goods in and out efficiently.

The cold room door opening can be fitted with a transparent PVC striped curtains to minimize the out flow of cold air. PVC material is durable, thick gauge, uncolour transparent material to suitable for the purpose.

Our walk in cold room doors are fitted with a high quality Magnetic Door Gasket to ensure air tight sealing. To eliminate vacuum or pressure inside the walk-in cold room and to ensure easy opening of the door, our cold storage rooms are fitted with a heated air vent.

The Full-Aluminium Guide Rail of the door is adopted with high strength aluminum alloy profile. The nylon guide wheels on the sliding track make the door opening more smooth, labor-saving, light and quiet. The sliding rail is with special design that the clearance caused by abrasion will be compensated automatically. This Abrasion Automatic Compensation fuction makes the door sealing always perfect. And also Internal Emergency Door Release is equipped for escape safety in case of personnel trap. The door frame is equipped with Anti-Freezing Electric Heater and incorporated Magnetic Gasket to assure an airtight seal. The door perimeter, jamb and threshold are made of color band steel with double gasketting on three sides and wiper gasket on bottom. The door jamb are made of extruded hard aluminium. The door and door jambs are suitably designed to withstand vibration due to wheeled traffic and bumping of boxes and for cushioning while door closing. The sliding door leaf will be autumatically lifted up while it is opened and moving and dropped down to the ground to make perfect door sealing when it is moved to the right position and closed.

Overhead Sectional Door is lifted upward via a rail or track until they are horizontal with the cold room ceiling panels. The door leaf is sectioned into slats which are held together by hinges so that they can roll up and down the flexibly.

The sectional overhead door has 4 lifting ways: standard lift, vertical lift, high lift and low lift. Standard lift is for most cold rooms. Vertical lift and high lift are for cold storage warehouses with tall height. And low lift is for smaller cold room with less space.
