Besides the standard freezing temperature of -18 ℃ for common frozen foods like frozen meat and frozen poultry, we can also make walkin freezer rooms at different freezing temperatures like -10 ℃ for ice storage, -22 ℃ for ice cream storage, -25 to -28 ℃ for frozen seafood storage, and special-purpose ultra-low temperature freezer room for testing lab etc.

Customized Walk-in Freezer Panel Thickness

Based on the above refrigerating temperatures for different frozen storage or chilling and cooling storage purposes, we will need to use different thickness cold storage insulation panels to ensure keeping sufficient cooling air in the cold stores. Otherwise it may cause refrigeraiton system problems like non-stop compressor running due to being unable to reach set temperature. We manufacture wide ranges of insulation panel thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm to meet any cold storage temperature requirement.

Considering different environmental conditions at the places where the walkin cold stores are built and used, we will need to consider the cold store panel anti-corrosion at high-temperature-and-humidity countries and areas. To meet different food sanitary standard requirements, we may need to consider different types of cold room panel cladding metal surfaces. And in some cases we need to have thicker cold storage board for the bearing strength or anti-strike.

Customized Walk-in Freezer Panel Insulation Foam Core

The Panel Material of Foamed Core is the most critical factor in the cold room insulation efficiency and cold room safety. We manufacture two typles of panel foam core which are Pulyurethane Foam (PUR Foamed) and Polyisocyanurate Foam (PIR Foamed). The PUR Foam Insulated sandwich panel is with cam lock design for small size walk in cooler and freezer cold stores and medium size cold rooms. And PIR Foam insulated panel is suggested to be used for large cold storage warehouse.

Both our PUR-Foamed Insulatin Panel and PIR-Foamed Insulation Panel are with the great insulation efficiency of Thermal Conductivity to 0.0214 W/(m·k). And both types of cold room sandwich panels are with the feature of Self Extinguishing & Flame Spread Resistance Function to ensure the utmost safety of walk in cold store construction and use.

We produce walk-in cold store doors with different operning types, different insulation thicknesses, and different metal cladding surfaces with customized sizes. Customized Walk-in Freezer Refrigeration Units

According to the customized cold room size and cold storage temperature, we use different types of cold storage condenser units and evaporator coil units. For smaller size of commercial walk in freezer cold store, we use box type condensing unit with scroll compressor for the easy installtion and connection. For large size industrial type cold storage warehouses, we use parallel condensing units with screw compressors.
